I just found out I need to use both sets of terminals. I have 4/0 welding wire from Victron and 2/0 for each 51.2v 250ah series string and 1/0 between batteries in string. I have 250 amp fuses in the Victron for each parallel string and a 500 amp fuse which will only trigger in with a problem as 15k would never use more than 275 amps.

Now they say I need two sets of wires 4/0 to each pole in SolArk. Can I use a 500amp 3 pole busbar after the switch and shunt to send two wires. Will my short runs to fuse and switch be ok?

Or should I use Y adapters from home grid on my already ran 4/0 cable?

Not trying to pin someone with an answer just asking for suggestions that I will take full responsibility using.

Last question are the two black rings for the battery cables necessary because I forgot them.

Thanks!!!!

Bussbar from battery to inverter is fine. That is how mine is setup. You can have it inside the trough. Put the battery connection between the two sol-ark connections. Put on the doughnuts near the sol-ark when you rewire.

I think the manual specs 2/0 for using both inputs. I have 4/0 from my battery to the buss bars and then dual 2/0 from bus bars to SolArk.

I did 4/0 to fuse then switch then busbar and the a very tight two pairs of 4/0 to SolArk see attached. All wires from busbar to SolArk are same size positive and negative. The positive and negative before are close.
