REC Q BMS - Driving Tyco Solenoid?

Can the REC Q IO output directly drive the Kilovac?
The instructions are unclear on how the IO ports should drive and their capacity limits.

Pins 4/5 are "internal relay"
No more information than that.

I hadn't seen a diagram in the manual, other than the slow charge unit.

Is the IO 4/5 simply programmable N/O contacts or is it 12V supply? (assuming 48V system)
