RJ Foshon stacking power wall with 12kw Deye inverter

Just got an email from Mark @ RJ Energy and he tells me they now have UL9045A certified stacking power wall with a 12 kw Deye split phase inverter made for the North American market. I asked about their ability to sell in North America and he tells me that Sol Ark has an agreement with Deye but it does not cover all the models and they are allowed to sell the 12k.

Has anyone seen this unit?

The brochure I saw had 5 x 8.3 Kw batteries with a 12,000 watt Deye inverter. Price just under $9000.00 10 year warranty on the inverter and 20 years on the battery.
