OK.. So draw down test on Batt 2 concluded with 100Ah drain. Voltage was at 11.05V and dropping fast. I pulled the load off, let the battery settle, and put a small 1.75A load on. The battery showed 11.3V. I'm happy with that capacity.
I'm still using my PD9360V to charge, but I'm pulling off about 80% of that into a waste load so I am only charging the battery at about 11.5A right now. Once I get this back up to "full", hopefully it will have done some balancing, and I will start a draw down on battery #1 and charge it back up. Then I am going to parallel them, draw them collectively down to 50% and apply a charge to that new bank.
