SOC , capacity - JK BMS settings

I have:

8 x 200Ah Lifepo4 (24V) and a JK B2A8S20P

+ Victron inverter, mppt and a Pi running venus

I am charging to 27.8V (3.475v per cell) and the the cut off (at the inverter) is 25.2v (3.15v per cell)

Should the capacity setting in the BMS reflect that I am not using "full" capacity ?

Yes. I have the same problem. The BMS (closed loop) is asking to charge at 55.0v and cuts off charging at 54.5v (3.406v). I set the bms to just under that value so it resets the SOC to 100% when it gets there.
