Solar powered Hydraulic generator

Long time reader first time poster I've seen something that's sparked my imagination a diagram can be found here www.lookforthepower.com/solarmotor2.html
It's a hydraulic generator basic I'll be using a parabolic reflector to increase efficiency Can not seem to find any other info on the net so I'm looking for another point of view as I plan to build one in combination with a heat battery for hot water for the house and night time power from Stirling of more preferably an orc (organic Rankin cycle)

Before building anything it is good to have an estimate of the expected performance. The thing described is a heat engine and as such the power out will depend on the difference in temperature between the hot side and the cold side.
