Please help
Hooked up inverter to SOK 48V lifepo4 and AC and cycled 3 or 4 times running grow light with battery and charging battery with AC. Everything seemed normal to me.
I wanted to see how it works with solar panels so I put MC4 connectors on ends of 10awg wires but when attaching to inverter solar inputs there was a pop sparks and smoke.
Don't understand why there would be power there since wires were not connected to any solar panels yet. I have been working with Solar Power Store Canada and SRNE for the last month or two but still have not received word on whether or not a new board will be under warranty.
