Question, are B cells good enough for non daily use? They seem cheaper per Ah?
Plan. RV setup. Have 2x6V GCs today. Inverter and no solar. Generators for recharge when boondocking.
I will camp about 4 to 6 times a year ( 30 days) and extend into the week to avoid traffic, and enjoy camping. Inverter and starlink makes work possible.
I am thinking of 12v 280 to 304 Lifepo4 prismatic cells, as a diy build ( because I can and will be fun). (RV 12v, inverter 12v...no value in going bigger)
With the limited annual use, is there a reason going for B class cells would be wrong? Thinking the 18650 store grade b ( I know sold out, but this is more of a concept thank this one sale). Since they are quite a bit cheaper.
Thoughts?
Ok other thought. Should I continue to keep these on charge all winter long or just charge them up and let them sit in RV( yes well below 32) thanks in advance?
