There are golf cart air conditioners, though some are just fans, some are swamp (evaporative) coolers, and some are a cooler full of ice and a heat exchanger, there are refrigerant/compressor/evaporator versions like the Velit. Kinda depends on your use-case, RV or VanLife or how portable you want and what the available power supply is. Mini-splits start at $500, so Velit's offerings at 3x that would require a specific application...
