Using RF to read ITRON utility meters

My main computer runs Windows 10. I just love those Windows updates, especially when they change how I have my office apps are configured... yeah, right. It's as if Microsoft thinks they own my desktop computer, not me.

I run everything that needs to keep running on 5 RPI's. 3 have SDR's capturing data from my Etron electric meter, Acurite temp/humidity sensors, and my Honeywell security system. All of them run influx and Grafana servers, which I admit I do access from my Windows desktop but it doesn't matter if a Windows update changes stuff because I'm only using a browser on it.

The Windows 11 update didn't mess up the USB settings, worked normally after the update... that's a nice change!
