Its all here in the link. Crazy that I just got a brand new unit with an OLD serial number that is broken. Not good!

Video of the rattle recorded on noise cancelling phone that reduces the rattle by 90%. I cannot turn off NC.
The actual noise is much louder.

Im not here to shame the vendor. I file a claim. So hopefully it gets fixed. Its a big vendor here everyone deals with.
The other thread was about programming not fan noise. Are you the forum mall cop or what?

Are you so upset you can't keep track of the other thread you made today about fan noise....? Where I already gave you a link to the notice from Victron regarding the fix for the noise?

Has anyone retrofit their Multiplus II to get rid of PWM "fan rattle noise"

My fan sounds like its coming off the bearings, its horrible. Brand new unit one day old. How can they sell something with this kid of noise? Not good!

Had to file a claim. Firmware did not fix. No response from claim yet.
