Voltage booster?

any recommendations for a Voltage booster? Inseries all panels deliver about 230v, I'd like to get to go three pairs or individual to get amps up, so it would need to boost about 24v to over 120 then i'd get amps up. Any thoughts what to use?
system:
2ea, eg4 48v 100ah server rac batts.
1ea, eg4 3kw off grid inverter, 3000ehv-48, 3000 w output with 5000w pv input, 500voc input.
6ea, Newpowa 24v pv panels, 240w,mpp vmp(v) 37.2, mpp imp(a) 5.38, voc 43.6

This is in my tow behind camper trailer, currently pv is all series, and like to optimize with parrallel. system needs at least 120v pv to charge, 500v max voltage.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

The controller will convert watts at the correct voltage to charge the battery. Not going to change the total power by reconfiguring the panels in series vs parallel. As long as the panels are in the voltage zone all power will be extracted.

Yeah it won't help, all in series is the best as long as no panels are shaded.
