Probably because it seems many actually can'tWhy review simply for getting the item in a timely manner? Many can do that but the service and support are the biggies.
Wow, That's great!!I placed a large order, and about 3-4 months later I realized I needed something different. I had to pay restocking fees, but was extremely happy with the fact that I was still allowed to return the items to get some money back, considering how long it had been.
After ordering from them multiple times and asking lots of questions along the way, I would definitely order from them again.
It's the internet and you're going to find both good and bad reviews about everything because everyone has an opinion or story. My own experiences with Signature Solar have been positive, everything from sales to warranty support.I've had both good and bad support from Ian at watts247 and thought that I would throw any future business over to SigSolar, but after reading what many go through with them when they have an issue I have had to rethink that.

That's all fine and dandy. BUT I have yet to see anyone on this forum other than myself complain about the customer service provided by watts247.
Ian doesn't do anywhere near the volume of sales that Signature does so it's an unfair comparison. He seems like a nice guy but based on the appearance of his website and the fact that he attempted to send 100 pound plus server rack batteries via standard UPS/Fedex ground, I would never buy anything from him. That battery snafu was just one example of a complaint against Watts247 that was posted on this forum. That's all fine and dandy. But on the other hand I've seen score's of people complaining about Signature Solars customer service.
Now granted a lot of SigSolars customers eventually got their problems sorted out, but not until they complained on this forum and had to spend a lot of time and effort jumping through hoops with some of those hoops looking to be unnecessary.
I'm not saying I like watts247 but after seeing how SigSolars customer service works I see watts247 as the lesser of 2 evils.

I had the same concern. I made sure that the device was able to update firmware remotely. I discovered that concept when I bought my first Tesla and have been getting updates and feature improvements ever since.the only thing I worry about is getting a model that is too far back in age.
I am new here but I like good reviews also to tell me where is best to buy stuff.I think you’re only supposed to post about vendors when you have a complaint - judging by many other forum members ?.
But seriously, I had a good experience buying a PCM-60X from Ian years ago.
I bought a Raspberry PI and a Solar Assistant license from Watts247 and had good luck.I am new here but I like good reviews also to tell me where is best to buy stuff.
Where in Wisconsin? There’s a guy in Minnesota, sells and installs.I am new here but I like good reviews also to tell me where is best to buy stuff.

That is a good option and similar to what I am imagining. I was thinking the EG4 24V 200Ah and individual components and I was leaning to a 3000W inverter also.Check this out:
