What battery terminals is this and why?

Questions
1. What is the name of the type of battery terminals in the attached picture?
2. How do one connect conductors top it? Welding? or Solder, since its copper?
3. Are such terminals always made of copper.

This is the Aliexpress link. I will not buy these particular ones since this guy say they are are scammers

This post answer some questions. But not all. Interesting to know this is used in scooter battery packs.
But why this terminal format? What is the advantage?
