This is a picture of my EPever mppt 40 amp charge controler.
I'm using a Phillips head screwdriver but doesn'tseem to be tight enough on wire termination.

Any chance of a better picture? It's hard for me to make out enough detail in all the glare and blur. It might be a pozidriv but hard to see.

They are a combination flat/phillips. If you want a better connection use ferrules on your wires.

Otherwise using a flat blade screwdriver will get them tighter.

Actually looks like a slotted pozidriv.
very common in electrical gear, very much a pain in the arse unless you have the right driver and size, cause neither a pozidriv or flat blade work well at all to apply the needed torque. "Modulo" is a common name for them if you want to invest in the proper bit for them.
