Will used UL Listed Panels pass AHJ inspection, cracked or blemished on not, initial installation.

I'm developing land and installing a solar ground mount system.
IF I build system around used panels, WITH their original UL listed label, I'll try to source panels that are used but undamaged.

If I DO use blemished panels with snail trails, cracked back sheets etc are they likely to pass code AHJ inspection?
I suppose it may depend on the inspector...what are your experiences?

I bought used panels on facebook marketplace, and I applied for permit and interconnection. My inspector never went up on the roof to look at the panels. I passed inspection and received permission to operate in April 2023.
