ANT BMS. Final answer? Yes, final answer.

I think you are saying do a 2p8s arrangement...will the BMS work the same?
Any 8S BMS will support 2P8S ... the BMS will consider each 2P pair to be a single cell.

Do you know if there is a way to do a 8s2p arrangement and connect a separate BMS to each battery pack?
Yes, 8S2P is 2x 8S batteries connected in parallel. Each of the 2x batteries will require their own BMS.

Have anyone tested long-term the max charging current, I know that the seller strictly said 50A. I had tested 150A for a week now in my solar sytem and so far so good (using their max version 180/450A). Does anyone have a reason why is restricted to 50A?

You mean you've been running 150A continuous? Mine is the 320A version and though I have been able to charge above 50A. It's strange that the seller says 50A though when I contacted him he claim it can do more

Yes, I have max current 180A and 150A is there really oft. The temperature looks also fine, just don't know if it will handle in long term or I need to update the heatsink or add some bus bar?

What are these BMS' 100a and 320a models amperage rating referring to. The load/amps that you'll be pulling from the battery and thus through it?
It is the max discharge amps that the BMS can monitor. If the charge amps can be higher than 50amps, I may perform a test as I have a PILE of 320amp ant bms that I planned to use. I changed my plans after realizing I could not select BMS from the Ant menu. It can only interact with one per smart phone.
