For any person interested, finally managed to get all batteries showing the correct soc on the 6000xp. Doing a fw update on all the LLs v2 batteries resolved the problem.

I just bought a 6000xp and in the process of wiring and installing. Definitely, these kind of random errors are not making me feel confident. If any resolution is found please advise for us starting with this inverter.

I do not see how to do it. There is only one folder for the 6000ex and only one app opens. I clicked the update tab and all went fine. The one i did was the InfinityMasterCPU. Not sure if the exe labeled as "hex2000" is the other one. It wont open on my laptop

Mine has always reached 56.2 bulk and 54.8 float as set on the "user" mode. But the led flickering sill continues badly when solar charging is high.

Can you please state in order what should be the process for the FW update? When I did mine on December the video stated to only do the MCU. Now there are other files and from what I read and if the updates are not done in a sepcific order the screen may black-out.

Well you got lucky. After I received my tracking, SS decided to go ahead and deleted. Afterwards told me there was a mistake and that shipping for mine was going to be in May. I decided to pull my old one and start the new build and now I have to revert back to get some solar until May.

I guess from an electronics perspective I like the idea of having it working a little "colder". Efficiency should be better and longetivity too. AC consumption is around 600 watts when sun its on full blast and prooducing 8500 watts of PV. I do agree that having it at 78 deg should work too.

@BenFromSignatureSolar I'm having a somewhat related issue with a 6000ex. I have 3 LLs v2 and on eg4 mode they are at a fixed 50amp max charging until they reach 90%. After that it lowers the charge to 10amps.

Thanks for the reply. Some additional info. The first time it happened it was during the day batteries were fully charged and the second time during the night at around 50% SOC. During the last time (night) load was at around 1500watts.

Like I mentioned, I intend to use it in grid assist pass-trough mode. I already confirmed it has a N/G bond during this scenario.

I have a wifi controlled breaker on the grid feed. I have triggered it when I have thought would not get through the night. Also I forgotten that I had turn it on and has remain on for a couple of days. No issues. But maybe it is something that would take some more time to happen with it...

To my knowledge only version 2s with the latest FW cam do this. @EG4TechSolutionsTeam can you chime in?

Hello, what happened to all the available settings that you could access through the EG4 monitor app (android)? Qent to make some changes and found out the majority of the settings were removed.

I use the eg4 site and Solar Assistant. Solar assistant provides a bit more info than the Eg4.

I did run closed loop for 6 months. Had some drifting SOC from my bat rack. Decided to keep them on voltage control since then. No issues on any of those. I have 16 panels 440 watts (7,040 total watts) on the main inverter (8 on each mppt) and 8 540watts panels on the slave (mppt-1) 4,400watts...

But 3 batteries starting at 50amps below 90% seems slow. 16amps each?

Hey @Markus_SignatureSolar, Ben mentioned on previous posts that for LLs Bulk 56.2 / Float 54.0. From my understanding LLs and Lifepower cells are the same. Does this mean that LLs should be set for 58.4 Bulk on user mode?

I do too. I get full charge everyday. Mu rack consist of 6LLs bought at diffrent times. One (newest one) of them using SOC always charged until 99 / 98% and it kept bugging me. I think EG4 should labeled their FW updates better. It would be better to track the latest FW from previous ones. At least on the 6000ex I cannot see the FW update version I did on the screen. The dates on some of the files I see on the current folder seem to be recent. I'll try to do it today...

Charging is on "only solar". No grid input. I have 6200 watts of panels. Sunny Day. I had it on "user" before on a max rate of charge of 70amps / approx 26amps each. 56.2 bulk 54.2 float. Works good but wanted to try close loop.
