Today I watched my battery charging all day 6ea EG4 Lifepower4. I noticed different batteries were showing 100% charged when others at the same voltage were showing as little as 80%. I kept cycling the power off on the batteries untill they finally all got to 100% at 58.04 or so on BMS test.

I have 6 each 48v Lifepower4 batteries, I want to add capacity. Is anyone running 4 EG4 12v WPs in series 48v? I don't see in the literature that they can be run in series.

According to Markus at Signature Solar, with the new Lifepower4 firmware the setting for charging is bulk/absorption 58.4V, 54V for float. The battery BMS does the rest. He said the new manual would reflect this change.
