I have a CutlerHammer 200 amp meter socket combo panel. There are bus bars from the meter socket to the breakers. One of the ct200’s can fit around L1’s bar but the other one wont. Is there a work around or other ootion for CT’s on panels like these?

Lets say someone has a grid tie system permitted for 8kw. This system rarely ever sends more than 6kw back. If a couple more strings were added, and started pushing 9-10kw back would they care?
