I believe there is a risk of memory effect from incomplete charging (and not immediately discharging). If your battery bank is over-sized this could be something to consider.

In my experience with UPS, the package is scanned as delivered, but not delivered until the following day. No idea why, but this has been more common for me than a package being delivered to a wrong address (which has happened too).

I ordered the same 180W capacity tester. And I'll be charging each cell independently as well. Had problems ordering that 50A charger - neither PayPal nor credit card would go through. Odd, considering that PayPal worked for the capacity tester. I could appeal, but the idea of sending a copy...

I'm leaning toward bottom balancing to start with (single 8s). Still have a month or so until I receive my capacity tester and power supply. I'm learning as I go, and I'm going very slowly!

And, for what it is worth, the voltages are 3.299 for 6 of the cells, and 3.300 for 2 of the cells.
