I did not checked the version before,and I didn't knew that i had to remove the datalogger, they sent me "instructions " and they did not mentioned that. I tried both of the tools,storeui not saw the inverter at all,the other finds the inverter but not getting neither sending data

So sad to hear that In my case I sent back to reseller that cheapy crappie inverter and I have a "heavy" working POW-SunSmart 5.5KW

I purchased the inverter online and i cant have any help from the seller or from Easun neither I bought it as "batteryless" offgrid inverter I connect it with pv output of around 300 volts but I didn't got any watt . After some research I found that the model needs to get updated to work...
