    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

When I purchased my solar charger, I was told by tech support that the lithium batteries would be "shipping in a few weeks". That was May 2019. One of the company's execs put out a video towards the end of 2019 saying the lithium batteries would be "available in early 2020". During 2020, the...

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

Okay, so you returned the Apex shortly after purchase, not recently, which I assumed to be the case from your post. Thanks for the clarification and good luck with the Flex.

Who did you return your Apex to? And what did you receive in exchange?

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

Spoke with our friends at Inergy today: They'll be sending out email updates in....you guessed it....a few weeks. Smile! You're on Candid Camera. o_O

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

Other than their affiliates' and product promotion videos (now posted on inergytek's website), have any customers posted reviews of those "thousands" of new Flex units—stations and/or lithium batteries—that've been shipping for the past two months (since May)? Any customers running one or more...

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

I'm not sure where you got "November" (not from me)? That said, based on their history and with the covid hysteria and, now, chip shortages, it wouldn't surprise me if we're still talking about—rather than being in possession of—Flex batteries NEXT July. NOTE: I'm (half) joking about "NEXT...

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

Likewise, after being promised (the first week of May 2021) that my batteries (and Apex adapter) would "definitely" ship on 20 May and, therefore, agreeing to pay the full invoice with a credit card (which was naturally charged that day without delay), I spoke with Inergy the morning of 20 May...

inergy apex solar panel replacement help

As this brief thread's nearly a year old, I presume Luvnot's already sorted this out. But for anyone seeking the same answer.... I also purchased one of the first Apexes and got two of their Storm panels, which work well. However, I've also got two Dokio 300 watt foldable panels, which work...

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

Update: I spoke with Inergy yesterday and was able to pay the "pre-sale" balance of the two Flex batteries I've had on order. Flex battery ship date is 20 November. They were less clear on ship dates for the rest of the Flex stuff, but a number of their "affiliates" must've just received "beta"...

    *New* Inergy "Flex" Solar Generator

I'm having some difficulty following your post, but, according to Inergy, they're [finally!] shipping Flex components, including the battery, next month. In theory, all who deposited at the beginning of the pre-sale (last year?) should receive their flex stuff in the first shipment. Tho', based...

    Maximizing Alpicool AC/DC 26Q/25L fridge run-time..

I wish I had a laser thermometer to give you definite numbers, but I don't. Facing the Alpi' MK25 (with the long side facing me), the case is 13" deep with vents at the right-rear, the right side and the right-front—essentially all of the electrics're located at the far right side of the case...

    Maximizing Alpicool AC/DC 26Q/25L fridge run-time..

Sorry, no laser thermometer. But the Alpicool's a relatively small box and it's compressor's only a coupla inches from the vents. If it were emitting a great deal of heat, I reckon it'd be pretty obvious.

    Maximizing Alpicool AC/DC 26Q/25L fridge run-time..

Definitely, do not block vents on any electronic device, but the Alpi' I've got (MK25) very definitely does NOT run hot by any gage you wanna use. It barely gets warm around the exhaust vents. Perhaps, those who use them as freezers in hot climates may experience more, but I'm sensitive to heat...
