I ordered 4 Sungoldpower 450w panels last month and they arrived via Fedex in about ~2 weeks, no issues whatsoever with the entire process. I've already seen a peak of 1720W and they usually hum along mid-day at 1600W without spending too much time alignment-wise. Pleasantly surprised so far!

Nope, the 510 uses 10AWG for all load wires inside the TS, including the L1/L2 gen input, and 8AWG for neutral (pass-through to the gen connection) although it calls for 6AWG connections to the TS. I did a double take too when I saw that initially, hence the call to Reliance. That's my sample...

@Markus_EG4 @EG4_Jared thanks for your feedback, I ended up loading the multipack firmware posted elsewhere in this forum to get going, that was the only readily viable solution to me. I crimped (and confirmed) 2 comm cables with pins 3,7,8 between the LL-S and the LL2, that didn't do it...

You don't need to penetrate the roof for that...(unless metal as stated above) My TAP sits about ~12ft away from the closest TS4-A-O and works just fine. Granted it's a ground array with nothing interfering between the panels and the TAP but my point is you should be able to run the TAP away...

Solved after finding a youtube video explaining the 6-pin panel is reversed on some eg4-ll batteries! ID 1 is NOT on the side (right) that has the ON label, it's on the opposite side. Reversed it and communication with the EG4 3k is now fine. Crazy stuff.

That seems high. Just looking at today's data, my 6000XP started charging @132.7V in the morning and cutoff @126.6V in late afternoon.

Not exactly. Charge your battery to 100%. Use setting 43 to control a low/desirable SOC threshold to fall back to utility (20% min). That gives you a 20%-100% usable SOC range for battery use. Setting 44 is only used as the charge threshold AFTER you've triggered the low threshold in setting 43...

you must be thinking of a different scenario, it's not a cable that can be reversed. Different connectors on each side, USB on the inverter side and RJ45 on the battery-side.

haha very true! You can route that spaghetti nicely around the panel but it's still a lot of spaghetti (22 wire runs specifically for the 10-circuit protran)
