Actually I think that number is picked up by their phone support group in the Philippines. They are helpful but the wait is horrible. if our boarder was open I would head to California and park in their lot and drop off all the gear I purchased.

Their support team in North American is not stellar for sure. The only luck I have had is calling the help line that is answered in the Philippines. This folks are keeping the company afloat.

When on shore power does the Renogy 2000 inverter have to be turned ON in order to charge batteries and have my ac outlets on shore power.
