I've had both good and bad experiences in the past with solar vendors. Any company can sling products out the door, but a true measure of their service is how they respond when things go wrong. In a similar fashion, Dexter and Current Connected EARNED 100% of my business long ago.

I think you will be very satisfied with your Schneider inverter. I have run mine for over 3 years now and couldn't be much happier. When you need something that just works and works, the Schneider xw series inverters are tough to beat.

Close all breakers first then turn the batteries on to utilize the pre-charge function.

One workaround is to use your scc to help with charging the capacitors in the inverter. Turn of all loads that your inverter may power then use the scc to help. I know it's not recommended by most inverter manufacturers, but it was the only way i got my eg4 lifepower batteries to start my...
