Hello Jess, i appreciate your efforts but at this point, i'm not gonna beat a 2 year old pile of dead bones that was once a horse.
Ther's a 1000+ post thread you can check out if you're bored and wanna see how your company dropped the ball with my multiple purchases.
One of the three things a...
As someone who has spent thousands of dollars with both companies, i can tell you the difference in service after the sale is night and day. When i was having an issue with Signatures batteries, Dexter from CC reached out to me to help me solve their problem. That says something about a company...
I've had both good and bad experiences in the past with solar vendors.
Any company can sling products out the door, but a true measure of their service is how they respond when things go wrong.
In a similar fashion, Dexter and Current Connected EARNED 100% of my business long ago.
Plus a $50 off coupon right now. I can't believe how inexpensive these things have become.
I wonder if you give anything up quality wise with this particular brand and other similar brands. I mean, i know that my Pioneers are a knock off but they have a proven track record with LOTS of units...
I think you will be very satisfied with your Schneider inverter. I have run mine for over 3 years now and couldn't be much happier.

Could it be that SS has about a dozen reps participating in this forum constantly touting their great customer service? In this thread alone, one of them saw a missed opportunity to make an 18k sale and they were real quick to jump in and offer "assistance".
Their exposure here is beyond...
Glad to hear you got taken care of. You have been more than helpful around here, including helping me with my lifepower battery issues. Glad some good karma came your way bud! Hopefully it will provide years of trouble free service!
Not sure how it would work in a grid tie situation but i know the pre-charge only works when the batteries are first turned on. So if the op was turning on his batteries first then closing breakers, he couldn't take advantage of the pre-charge function built into the batteries. This was causing...
One workaround is to use your scc to help with charging the capacitors in the inverter. Turn of all loads that your inverter may power then use the scc to help. I know it's not recommended by most inverter manufacturers, but it was the only way i got my eg4 lifepower batteries to start my...
