  • Post in thread: Can I ground my off-grid solar to my home ground wiring?

The article I referred to is for " off grid " victron systems ( but is r relevant to ALL off grid systems nonetheless). It will answer most questions about off grid system wiring, with visual aids.
  • Post in thread: What to use to see actual battery power available. Clearly charge controller not an indicator

https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0nkKKT fantastic unit, wireless with ah capacity usage etc... you can also upgrade the wireless range if needed to as it uses a standard nrf24l01 module for communication

  • Post in thread: Efficient long distance transmission of power

https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=67579#p1044262 You can adjust the output with an Arduino and a CAN bus module... Another Idea but not quite as efficient, but also adjustable but usually cheaper...

to clear things up... I'm in Australia, it is a SINGLE phase 240v model built for Australian standards..using a Australian made single phase generator... the power is delivered via 2 wires, active/live and neutral, with a MEN ground system(so 3 wires total)..all of which is connected...

problem is these entities publish these numbers and, in Australia anyways, there is no trustworthy independent auditors... all grubberment run... example, recently as I mentioned earlier, the accc ( Australia's " independent" auditors) did a audit into both gouging and corruption, both were...

https://www.anotherpower.com/board/index.php?topic=902.0 If it is a cheap transformer based inverter, the above modifications may help reduce idle current... particularly this bit, " This solved the problem.... now idle currents were down in the sub 1 amp range.... in fact now it could be...

also, the point of others suggesting " just add more panels" , again here in Australia, rooftop solar connected to the grid is INCREDIBLY over-regulated, you are not allowed to add more than they regulate, eg. most places its 5KW feed in max, because the " system can't handle anymore " ...

Maybe try and see if you can get your hands on a couple of eltek psu's, they will take 100-240v dc or ac and convert to 48 + volts at about 96% efficiency... Usually used in telecommunications.. https://www.eltek.com/products/Flatpack2-48-60-2000-HE/

wow, you have over complicated it, i understand that for your situation, it may not be viable... but what " different type of property setup " are you referring to?? you can still use the same cabling, in the same trenches, with the same breakers ( for 240v side of course) ... hell, the...
