Yep. I learned that the hard way. I was given the same advice from the generator guy who also has an off grid camp house. His words " Most people never look up and never notice poles not being there." Solar is the new don't ask don't tell lol.

I bought mine about a month ago. I hammer 60amp for hours with a predator 6500 gas gen. As soon as my big gen is fix I plan on hitting 80-100amps. When I add more racks I will have a chargeveter included in the design. Best $300 I ever spent.

Just got a quote from Alabama power. 100K for overhead 28K for underground. I'm about to put another 8 K in my solar. Should be less then 20K total on all of my equipment.
