I'm well aware of the requirements regarding powering a 3000 watt inverter, and I will take all the proper precautions to do this safely. My question is not about wire size but more about circuit configuration and placement of fuses and use of battery isolators (if needed).

I have had a great experience with my Amazon purchased Miady LifePO4. Full disclosure, I haven't had them very long and theyre smaller batteries, but they worked great so fair and held up to some pretty serious abuse.

Well I guess previously I was under the assumption that the simplest wiring setup would just be a bunch of 12V panels wired in parallel, the victrons 250V rating made me question exactly that.

Currently I have two 300ah Ampere Time batteries. Ultimately I'll have 4. Each one can do 200A continuous charging so hypothetically the bank would be capable of accepting 800A continuous charge.

So those voltages are in fact for systems with many panels wired in series. I didn't realize there was so much loss when dealing with parallel wiring. Victrons 250V rating should be plenty for my intentions, I just never really planned to wire them in series rather than parallel.
