I don’t think any one will make those all in one you wanted but why not just buy ecowitt weather station to gather your environment data? Simple and effective.

I think at $275, its great for anything if you are willing to add BMS yourself If not enough, just buy more :D previously I got couple for $400 each, one has 4.2kwh avaiable amazingly, most of others are about 2.7kwh~3.2kwh. Add a active balance can get more juice out of those batteries, but...

200mA is not enough to balance it. If you really really really need to monitor, consider buy a new BMS

according to the label 3.6V+ I assume it does top balance.

So what does solar input do? charge into the battery? But you have a 5048 unit and have phase settings, you may need to split into PV1 and PV2? no idea
