I am looking for longer bolts to connect my batteries in parallel with 4-0 lugs.
The bolts that came with the batteries are 8mm x 16mm with attached lock and flat washers.
With 2 4/0 lugs the thread engagement seems to only be about 6mm.
I can get longer bolts from a supply house but I would like to get some with the attached lock and flat washers like comes with batteries.

Why not just buy lock shims and normal washers?
Better quality than the "included with the bolt" variety.
Get 304 stainless steel bolts.

I don't think any single battery needs 4/0 lugs unless you're paralleling cells. In which case the paralleling bus bars are sturdy and can be extended out to provide a main lug connector.

It's a recipe for strain on the terminal which they don't tolerate a lot of.

I have 4 100 ah batteries parallel as per the battery manufacturer and Renogy

How about threaded rod, so you can fit any thickness of lugs?
(since grub screws are of limited length)

Oh, quite long grub screws available!

Then I can't cap them

Not to be sounding rude but I do not want a substitution of what I want, but where I can get what I want.

Sounds pretty rude but I'm a sensitive person.

It's obvious that no one here is capable of helping you.

If it's not on McMaster-Carr it's most likely made to order specifically for the OEM and you're not going to find it anywhere. You're welcome.

Get the correct length bolts, add LW's and FW's and call it a day.
Buy extra washers if loosing them is your fear.

At least you had an answer that made some sense.

I can see the OP’s point. He knows exactly what he wants and is pretty specific about it. He’s not looking for workarounds or alternatives. But what he’s looking for might not exist in the common marketplace.

Gee, the picture for the link in #17 looks the same. The link above is where I downloaded one of the pictures in reply #16
A bit of effort and diligence in an internet search is all it takes.
