eg 48 volt18 amp battery charger

Does any one have any experience with this charger?. I bought this charger a while ago but never used it , when I plug it in it just flashes green 3x in a row. The manual states abnormal machine , and the fan does not come on. Any info would be helpful.

I have it. Is your battery a weird voltage, like it's in shutdown maybe?

I have only had mine act weird when plugged into an inadequate 800w generator, they don't seem to modulate their output down based on the input volts, at least not much below 100.

Oh and it is connected to a battery which is on right? I think flashing green is like it's searching mode.

I can not figure out how to post the video?. I think your right it is flashing green and alternates green red. The battery voltage is low 17volts
