6500ex USE?

I need to setup my system for USE battery mode instead of EG4 mode but I don’t know what settings to change and what the setting should be changed to. Can someone help? My setup is 4 inverters setup as two separate systems. Inv1&2 are split phase set to EG4 and USE for the master and slave and comm connected to the battery rack of six lifepower4 batteries. Inv3&4 will be set to split phase as well and connected to the same rack but not comm connected to inv1&2 or comm connected to the battery rack. So these need to be USE for both master and slave. Can someone help me with the settings?

More info…no ac in connected. Am set to SBU.

So I think I’ll set my priority to USB, since I’m not using AC IN, setting 12 and 13 should be irrelevant.

Bulk and Equalize to 3.45V/cell (55.2V)
Float to 3.375V/cell (54V)

Disable equalize

There may be a little interaction between them, but the above settings are conservative.

I would stick with SBU.

Why would you stick with sbu if I have no utility connected?

How to disable equalize…is that in bmstools on the battery? Nvm…found it setting 30 set to disable…got it….disable was default setting anyway.

Because that is your actual priority... Solar, Battery, Utility.

So bulk is setting 27, and equalize is setting 31 with default 58.4v. I’ll change both to 55.2. Confusing with setting 30 equalization to disable when we want to equalize with setting 31… unless they mean automatic equalization for setting 30.

So what does the equalization value you told me to set, do?

Setting 31 default to 58.4v?

Equalization is for flooded lead acid batteries. It has no purpose with LFP. Setting it to the same as bulk is simply a precaution.
