Got a question if i can use these panels with my current charge controller. I posted a pic of the back of the panel and the specs on the charge controller. It says on the controller 780watts 24 volts, so does that mean i can use 3 panels in series (250wattsx3= 750 watts) ? I havent bought the panels and wanted to check with the brain trust here.
This will be used on a 12 volt battery bank.

12 volt battery accepts 390 watts panels on that Tracer SCC.
24 volt battery accepts 780 watts panels.

Sorry but i hate looking at specs on pics coz of horrible short term memory and all that side to side scrolling. Lol
100Volts open circuit max SCC so add the open circuit voltage of the 3 panels to see if it is safely under that.
390 watts ÷ 12 volts battery is about 30A
You can over panel to use more than 390 watts of panels but you wont get more than 30A.

Thanks MBR, so 37.6 x 3=112.8 volts. Puts me over the 100 volts so i'll only be able to use 2. Thanks for the help.
