EG4 18k Inverter not working properly

I have a dual 18k setup with 14,400w each and are set up individually as I have 400amp service (380a), I have cycled the inverter multiple times and only works with the grid bypass but does not request the solar energy to come in only for about 1 or 2 minutes then transfers back to grid power only. I have contacted my vendor with no luck. I changed my load from one inverter to another and still have the same issue. It is updated but can't tell if that's a problem or not. At the moment I'm only setting them up before connecting them to my home as they are new.
P.S. The first one worked for the first day flawlessly but hasn't worked since.

EG4 doesn't offer an 18k inverter.
You might want to check what you have purchased.
Really now, you know what he means. 🤪

You are not the brightest bulb in the room are you? You live under a rock with limited internet with no search engine? Or are you just trolling people here?
Dude chill out. You won't get much help acting like that.

If its not connected to the house, what is the "load"?

Yeah, we’re a little anal-retentive here about the nomenclature for the
Even though EG4 calls it 18KPV or 18kPV we find we must refer to it as
18Kpv
Not:
18k
18K
18KPV
18kpv
Or any other permutation, or we’ll be required to pretend we don’t know what you’re talking about. 🤷‍♂️

If you give us some more details (including pictures) of what you have, what firmware versions you have installed, and how they are connected, we might be able to help you sort it out.
My phone won’t render those pictures of your settings but the interconnections for parallel are really critical as well.

There are some really helpful folks here including some from EG4 and Signature Solar, so give it some time and we can help.

And yeah, it’s frustrating to ask a question and get a dismissive answer, but take the high road.

Yes, I know what they meant to say.
But there's over 100k members and who knows how many visitors that probably don't.
I assume that they should know what they bought.
If you want an answer about a specific product. You need to ask a question about the correct product.

It also confuses the search sometimes because of so many different names used.

Do you have any battery or battery bank installed and if so is it operating in closed loop with the inverter, that is is/are the batteries communicating with the Inverter. It is possible with the Inverter programming/setup and low battery voltage and/or SOC the inverter is switching back to grid (as programmed)

What PV array input do you have?

Can you provide a list of the settings you have programmed into the inverter?

Thanks for the tag @robby !

@fireblaze Definitely shoot me a message with your name and email you used to order, and ill get this looked into!

So 18kPV then? After I’ve just gotten 18Kpv programmed into my brain 🙈
As long as all of the letters are there, it doesn't matter if they are capitalized or not.
It's not an 18k inverter (only 12k).
But it's (stupidly) named for its PV input. (To make it appear better than it is)
If the "pv" is dropped, the unit is being misrepresented.

Don't worry about it.
I wasn't offended.
They just joined yesterday.
That is nice of you Tim.
I asked the ChatGpt AI system to come up with a Recommended response in JIVE and it came up with this.

Yo Tim ya' should not be going down wid dat crap, he be disrespectin' ya'? You's should put his Male plug in yo mains panel and light dem waaay down until he begs fo' his mama

I might be as pedantic as Tim by calling it the 18K just to wind him up LOL It's all in good fun.

Are they set up in parallel with the master unit using the appropriate paralleling cables? Additionally, could you provide some images showing the connection of the inverters?

I just updated a different thread because I also didn't know. I didn't get any smoke for my misnaming of the thread thankfully.
