Trump

don't remember Reagan crying victimhood
You need a reading comprehension class. Where on Gods green earth did you get Reagan being a victim out of what I wrote. Seriously you need to go see a doctor... a brain Dr. Do you want me to rewrite it in 1st grader comprehensive wording? I wrote that the douchebag demonRats have been into fear mongering for a long time. Dude, make an appointment stat.

You dont think these 4 prosecutions are political in nature, to disrupt his candidacy? Just the normal wheels of justice turning?
batvette, who do you think convicted mr trump? the judge? the DA? my guess the jury.
my guess with the evidence they had there was not much option.
my guess trump's fix it guy had taped conversations of mr trump talking about it, that
would explain mr trump not taking the stand in his own defense .

if there was any issues with the judge or DA that will play out in the court of appeals.

RussNM, while hard for me to argue the class recommendation, everything I hear from mr trump is his feeling
of being a victim(or please send me money), and that is why I can't see anyway to compare the two.
mr trump always the victim(IMO democrat)
mr Reagan always the strong republican until his mind gave out(as I remember it)

Could be a setup to further keep Trump in court and keep him off the campaign trail. After all, they already have the blueprint for this sham. They didn't get the results they wanted, so why not do it all over again?

According to CNN the Judge would make decision so I say nothing will come of it.......
D71, possible, but as we have seen even if mr trump goes against a judge's gag order there
is a price to pay. ($/jail)

I'm going laugh my ass off if the troll "professional s**tposter" turns out to be Rodger S. :ROFLMAO:

D71, I've never seen a gag order turned new trial yet, but I'm sure some criminal has tried it, looking now

*edit very convoluted
And after the gag order is in place, it becomes very difficult for third parties to challenge the order. Mechanically, such a challenge is possible. As a judicial order, the gag order can be overturned by the courts. And media reporters have standing to challenge an order, with the ‘injury in fact’ being the harm to their newsgathering. They can thus intervene and collaterally appeal, or in the alternative, ask for a writ of mandamus. However, in practice, challenging party-agreement gag orders on constitutional grounds becomes much more difficult. While parties to the litigation are aware of the gag order and can appeal the order or ask for mandamus, by the very nature of the gag order it is difficult for a third party to learn about it if they were not already following the case—the parties cannot tell the prospective intervenor about it. Of course, if the reporter is already following the case, then they can view and challenge the order. But if the order is entered early in the discovery process, or before the implications of a trial have gotten out, then it is unlikely that anyone but the most enterprising reporter trawling court dockets would find the case and think to challenge the gag order. And in those cases, it is the public who loses out.

None of these concerns stop gag orders from being issued. But simply because information is hidden behind a gag order does not mean that a trial court has fully considered the stringent, fact-specific test to make that gag order constitutional, or that the information is not accessible under the First Amendment. That is the difficult challenge for third party intervenors in such cases—to find where the public’s First Amendment rights have lapsed, and to bring that failure to light.

D71, your always on top of this stuff

The trial at the New York Supreme Criminal Court was originally set to begin on May 27 by Judge Juan Merchan. However, the judge, who is also presiding over Trump's hush-money trial, which is expected to last several more weeks, has delayed the start of Bannon's proceedings until September, senior Courthouse News reporter Josh Russell first reported.

The problem with the gag order here is that the defense was gagged .... the prosecution and prosecution witnesses were not. Isn't the defense supposed to be give greater..... or at least equal .... consideration in our legal system?

Their prime serial lying witness kept up his social media blogging which was full of total BS all the way thru the trial .... Wonder why most reasonable people can see how lop sided the current justice system is.

She is voting for trump….so
D71, I can't/wouldn't keep other's from voting for the democrats, to each their own.

greedy democrat's are easy to spot, you'll find them in some court room

Bob, why? some may think it's because mr trump uses his platform to Intimidate even family
members of the court officials, the gag order had very limited scope, was in place to protect
others from retribution by the same type people that got talked into J6th.(they all didn't get locked up)

Bob, reason doesn't work when dealing with mr trump/maga, it all comes down to feelings.

my personal limitations truncate my emotional responses(feelings), I'm trump proof or full of shit

but I'm not crying about it, ten years ago I had a stroke, only thing I lost was the ability to walk until
I relearned how to. having shit for brains may come in handy at times.

and I've never experienced a headache.
googled:
According to a 2021 study, 4% of the population has never experienced a headache.
This is considered rare, and some suggest that biological or environmental factors may be at play.

I'm thinking shit for brains is the reason.

if you want a glimpse at hell, stop by your hospital's stroke unit.

As a friend of mine used to say ..... sounds like a pity party to me ..... I have personal experience with the effects of stroke and TBI ..... Wouldn't wish either on anyone. If you only lost the ability to walk .... Give thanks.

If you really think you have shit for brains maybe it would be better to share a little less of it.

This makes no sense to me either ..... Intimidate family members of the court? ...... Retribution by J6 types .... Sorry, but that's just nuts.
The gag order was all about trying to prevent him from defending himself in the court of public opinion ..... It didn't work .... He came out of court every day and told people what he thought of the sham trial anyway .... and, nobody rioted or burned police cars and buildings like others have who didn't like the outcome of a trial.

Maybe you can explain the case to use .... explain exactly what he was guilty of that was worthy of 34 felonies.

Bob, as you should see the gag order was only to protect members of the courts.

WHO IS COVERED BY THE GAG ORDER ON TRUMP?

Initially imposed March 26, the gag order bars Trump from making or directing others to make public statements about any juror and about any “reasonably foreseeable” witness’ participation in the investigation or the trial.

It also bars any statements about lawyers in the case, court staffers, prosecution aides and relatives of all of the above, to the extent that the statements are intended to “materially interfere with, or to cause others to materially interfere with” their work on the case “or with the knowledge that such interference is likely to result.”

The order doesn’t apply to Judge Juan M. Merchan or to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whose office is bringing the case. It does apply to comments about their family members, however. Merchan added that provision on April 1 after Trump lashed out on social media at the judge’s daughter, a Democratic political consultant, and made a claim about her that was later repudiated by court officials.
Maybe you can explain the case to use
In the New York criminal case, Trump faces 34 felony counts on charges of falsifying business records stemming from reimbursement payments to Cohen for a $130 million hush money payment to conceal an alleged affair with former adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to the charges and decried the case as a “witch hunt,” baselessly claiming that New York prosecutors had been working with the Biden administration to indict him in the midst of his reelection campaign. In April, after a spree of Trump’s attacks on the case, potential witnesses and Merchan’s daughter, Merchan imposed the gag order on Trump, prohibiting him from making public statements on jurors, witnesses, attorneys and court staff or their families.

gag order on Trump doesn’t stop Trump from talking about the allegations against him or commenting on the judge or the elected top prosecutor. And despite a recent Trump remark, it doesn’t stop him from testifying in court if he chooses.
As he fights the felony charges against him while running for president, Trump has at times stirred confusion about what he can and can’t do in the case. He has pleaded not guilty.

explain exactly what he was guilty of that was worthy of 34 felonies.
this line seems to reference to fairness, when it should be viewed as how can anyone not know
it's the cover up that gets you, as we've seen it time and time again in pollical/organized crime cases . yet they still do it.

Bob, it's does not surprise me that you missed the point of my personal lines. I wanted it to read
there may be times when having shit for brains comes in handy

like now where he have so much smoke and mirrors in our view.

Youre a god damned democrat. What a bullshit strawman claim. Just because joe biden does not directly control the NY atty general office does NOT in any way prove that that prosecution is not a politically motivated hit job by members of the democrat party with the express intent of derailing donald trumps candidacy. And a big fuck you for your continued false pretense posting here. No republican would so faithfully promote the bullshit democrat memes. Youre a liar and a democrat, of course thats redundant.

Batvette, funny I think the same about some here, they are not republican's they are MAGA,
the republicans I know respect the rule of law. we build our platform on it. and we are wondering
how we got here, but we know the way back, we've been here before(tea party).

the drama of the right has turned everyone else left 🤪

I just hope it happens soon, before we lose all the real republican to the democrats, wouldn't
that be ironic, democrat's being the party of the constitution law&order  🤪
Capture626.PNG

Capture628.PNG
mr clinton got in trouble for getting a blow jobs in his office, while mr trump
got in trouble for paying off a hooker, and I'm the democrat. 🤪

this is the voice and face of MAGA, and I'm the democrat. 🤪

each of these have fought for our constitution and law&order, but are they now democrats also?. 🤪
so far we have just been turned into RINO's, would be sad if your line came true.

IMO MAGA is all about smoke & mirrors.
Capture622.PNG
what we learned from the tea party and all the crackheads, just say NO

If you really think you have shit for brains maybe it would be better to share a little less of it.
Bob, I get it, My bad(this topic has value to me).

This would be comedy if it wasnt so sick and perverted. Democrats fear monitoring about things that they think Trump is going to do if elected but they are giving a road map of what they're doing to him right now. The Eric Holder segment is pathetic.

Tommy .... You do understand what RINO stands for don't you?
Republican in name only does describe you to a T ..... Hint .... it's not a good thing.

You have clearly gone off the rails with full blown TDS that is immune to logic and evidence.

Tommy, Thanks for that list ..... now, everyone know who to primary ..... although several on the list of current representatives are already on their way out.
They are mostly the ones that side with the Democrats every chance they get and have never seen a war they didn't like.

Actually, now that I look closer at that list .... like most things Wikipedia .... it's not very accurate. For instance it lists Thomas Massie as a RINO ..... He is a long way from being a RINO and closer to being a libertarian.

They are mostly the ones that side with the Democrats every chance they get
Bob, you always hit the heart of a topic. the only way our government function is when they do
their jobs. the fad(compromise is a fuck word) is going to pass IMO. has to because our government
was formed that way

So, is government working as it should when the Democrats vote as a block ... no matter what .... and then RINO's break ranks and vote with the block of Dems?
