Solar Disconnect Switch Recommendation

I need a Solar/DC Disconnect Switch for my single string system; as per the VOC and ISC Amps, I should rate it @ 1000 Volts DC with 16 amps. My inverter is pulling between 700-800 volts with Amps between 10-13. As per spec on IMO website, I can go with either SI16-PEL64R-4S or the SI25-PEL64R-4S but the voltages supported are different with different standards i.e. as per DC21A it is rated for 1000 Volts but under UL508i rating, it is only rated for 600 Volts... so this is confusing.

While another isolator from UK market, I can go for is "Craig & Derricott PVP1622 PV Isolator 16A 1000V" but it is rated under yet another standard "BS EN 60947-3" and as far as I can check, it has no mention of arc safety while IMO specifically mentions it.

Thanks, I don't want to go with the solar connector ones while the one you mentioned from IMO is model no. SI32-PEL64R-4; if you see the list I have uploaded above. There is no rating for even this particular model under UL508i rating while under the DC21A rating, it is fine for 13 amps @ 1000 volts.

Back in 2020 purchased 2 of these DC Isolator Switches for a disconnect between the solar panels and the MPPT Solar Charge Controller. They have worked flawlessly for over 4 years with many times switching off the solar panels under full sun running over 20 amps from the panels.

Beny makes other DC Isolator Switches with higher ratings per spec sheet.

I purchased the IMO SI32 - 8 pole to do 4 strings. My strings are 12panels ea 44.6Voc Temp corrected to 49.4 so 12x49.4 gave me 593V per string and 10.8 amps so staying under 600 but the DC isolator specs show it is rated up to well over 1000Vdc but USA standards dont list anything above 600 so I think no worries. This is hopefully more than enough over rated for my application ( and yours ).
