If you want 00 or 2/00 battery cable online where do you go?

Signature Solar for me.

I used to use WindyNation on Amazon, and I have never had a problem with their wire, but the copper strands are darker inside than the stuff Signature sells. I like it to be bright and shiny.

I've always wanted to find some genuine Southwire Royal Excelene. But Nassau told me they don't actually have it after I ordered, and I don't trust the Amazon listings for it.

I have been using Southwire's Royal Excelene wire which is really great stuff but getting harder to get & the costs are climbing fast. Been testing a few an got put onto some that I have to say BLOWS Royal Excelene away BIG TIME ! I just got a big coil of it to rewire my bank of packs +.

I got mine from a Canadian Supplier (got here in <3 days) $ = CAD
#1 - S4.10 per foot
#2 - $3.77 per foot
1/0 - $4.90 per foot
2/0 - $6.90 per foot.
* These have finer stands & a much higher thread count and are capable of higher amperage.

My supplier: https://weld-ready.ca/collections/w...flexwhip-welding-cable?variant=44161624211682

SPECIAL NOTE !!!!
BE CAREFUL, I have seen recently many "Great Wire Prices" but when looking at the details, virtually all are CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) and must be avoided like the Plague ! Using only PURE Fine Wire Copper Cabling.

Windy nation directly or on amazon
battery cable usa directly or on amazon
Shirby on amazon

All are quality cables - the first two will cut and crimp to length for a cost. I always just buy raw wire and put my own ends on.

NOTE - on putting your own ends on, don't trust the AMZCNC crimpers from any cheap website - they are notorius for selling metric dies marked as AWG and so are inconsistent depending on the size... big wings on one size crimp and loose crimps on another.

Local electrical supply might have it and local welding supply if you live near a big city has it. These also have ends of various sizes in stock.
Graybar electric has been my goto for that sort of thing locally for years.

I got a decent price from BatteryCablesUSA for 2/0. A little overkill but whatever. Better to get cables now cause in 5 years they might be 5 times the price, no joke.
Rather than start another topic...I need a 8-10 space service panel for the XP..what stuff does HD/Lowes have that is good and cheap with good breakers..?

TEMCo Industrial store on eBay has supplied very good prices on high quality cables and connectors for my last few projects.

This DLO cable is the best I have found, great bend radius and bulletproof jacket. Pricey but all I use.

When my Brother-in-law decided to do a system for his RV - I told him to buy the Windy Nation cables from Amazon with the ends already on it. Took more up front measurements- but the system went together faster.

That way he didn’t need to buy a crimper for 2 dozen uses.

I used BatteryCablesUSA. Very reasonable, fast shipping, but most importantly was the option for a lug to be crimped at a 90 degree turn (either way), or even a 180. This free option helped me connect my battery to the inverter in tight quarters in my truck camper using 2/0 cable. Highly recommend them!
