Hi all - I have an EG4 18k with 3 EG4 LL-S 48V batteries. When running on battery the LED lights blink, but we've gotten used to that. We just started using the AC and when it starts up there is a noticeable dimming of lights, 2 of our GCFI outlet's trip and today a main panel breaker tripped. I have a UPS next to my desk which typically shows 118V. When the AC started the UPS clicks and briefly shows ~35V.

1) Should I be able to see these surges in the 18k logs?
2) I don't see any alerts on the EG4. How do I handle this? Add an additional 18k or hardstart to my AC, or something else?

Thanks.

My LED lights don't generally blink. Upgrade your firmware. Put a Micro-Air Easy start on your AC. If you are tripping your GFCI, check your neutral and ground connections. One ground to earth tie point. One Neutral to ground tie point.

Feel free to send me a direct message with your serial number, and I'll look into it for you.
