6000xp Question

Good morning everyone!

I have a 6000 Xp installed currently with no solar as I am waiting for some additional panels and wiring.
I have ac in from the grid into inverter. Ac out feeding a sub panel.
I have a 850 AH 480v batttery connected on the battery Input side.

Question is that when I am powering devices and both grid and ac out are on it pulls all the power from the grid. When I turn off the grid breaker it pulls everything from my battery.

Am I missing a setting so that it powers from my battery first and then switches to the grid only when the battery can no longer handle it? It seems like it is prioritizing the grid only.

What is your #14 "AC charge setting set to? I have mine set to 20% and end at 40%. My system never uses grid. Also make sure you're in EPS mode.

yes, check your battery level, and cutoff settings. Battery could be below cutoff settings.

Look into AC First timings and make sure the setting under the Discharge section are appropriate.
Which basically means Battery SOC/Voltage is not in Grid Fallback range.

It is a lead acid battery and screen shots are below.

Looks like you have it setup for lifep04 batteries. Lead acid cutoff is 48.5v (50% soc).
