AiLi monitor configuration question

• I can setup the A/h for the battery, to have a safe and more precise indication should I setup the total AH to the max percentage I want to discharge the battery? for example , If i want a max discharge of 80% of the battery i should setup 96 ah in the monitor?
• I noticed also the minimum voltage can be set (press left button , keep pressed the center one and it lets me set the min voltage) but the 0 to 100% indicator is based on the AH I set or on the minimum voltage i set? And if its the AH what is the point of setting the min voltage?
• Does any of you know where i can get the original manual of the meter?

As there are three ratings indicated, 50A, 100A and 350A, do they supply all the shunts in the basic package, or we have to order shunts individually?
