Where / how to configure low voltage cutoff?

I’m stumped. Sorry this is a dumb question. I have an SOK 206 connected to a Victron 1200 inverter and a smartshunt 500. I want to set the low voltage shut off level but can’t figure out how to do that in the inverter or shunt. Do do I need to add an extra device for this? Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

It's done on the inverter. Can you connect to the inverter via VictronConnect? If so then it should be under the Battery settings section. Or you might need to use VEConfigure on your computer. Either way you need either a MK3-USB adapter or the VE.Bus Smart (Bluetooth) dongle.

Thanks for the quick reply. That makes sense. The Phoenix 1200 doesn’t connect via Bluetooth so I need to figure out the adapter / dongle situation. I will look the ones you referenced above. Thank you!!!!

Both the MK3-USB and the Smart dongle require a standard UTP network cable to connect it to the inverter. The MK3-USB would allow you to connect to the inverter via a USB cable (computer). The Smart dongle would allow a Bluetooth connection (computer or phone).

I'm ordering a Smart Dongle now. I was so confused that I couldn't monitor or configure the inverter. Thank you!!!

Thank you. It’s like a puzzle to figure all of this out. I really appreciate it pointers.

After a little more poking around I see that my inverter only has a ve.direct port, so I’ll get the ve.direct smart dongle. We’ll see how this goes…

@rmaddy I got the VE.Direct Smart Dongle, plugged it into my inverter and was able to set the low voltage cut off. Thank you again!
