Looking for easy to use back up battery system for moms oxygen concentrator that uses 360w. Would only need in rare occasion of grid power outage for 24hrs. Im thinking a self contained battery that stays plugged into house 110v just not sure of the size and quality.
Thanks Duane

Estimate is 360w x 24h/0.85 = 10165wh

Real world, I have a 24v 3000w aio with 2 12v 100ah lifepo4 batteries in series that runs a 400w oxygen concentrator for 5.5 hours before the inverter cuts for low voltage at 24v. That would require 400ah of batteries to run for 24 hours.
The aio, 2 batteries, cables, fuses, shunt cost about me about $1K total, and that is at budget basement prices. Add 6 more batteries and your looking at least another $1800, for a total of $2800. Much more cost effective to have an oxygen provider supply backup tanks for one or more days of power outage.

What is your budget?

Diy? Turnkey? Prepackaged?

Another option would be a small 2000w electric start dual fuel inverter generator attached to a 100 lb propane tank. Something like that could be set up for around $1k, including the 1st tank of fuel, be easy to start, provide additional power for other appliances, and probably run for at least 3 days.

Appreciate all the feedback will get large oxygen bottle for back up no power needed cost makes sense. Also like the 2000w inverter generator with 100lb propane to keep fridge and a light on. Thank you

gbealmer Do you have any recommendations for generator, thanks

Gas/LPG generator = Honda FTW.
The beauty is LPG doesn't go bad over time.

Similar thread, and recommendation for dual fuel generator:

I have 2 units running here ,
750 watts , we have air tanks setup and ready to go for my son
I run a 2000watt Honda if the power gos out and the tanks are fore emergence .
Off grid it’s a lot of power to store up .
Our power gos out once a month here for 6 /10 hours
Call the poco and have them put you on there fix first list so they restore your power first
