2 mini splits, 2 campers 1 solar power solution

I have 2 stationary campers at my primitive camp site. Wanting to install 2 AUX 12000 but 115v 17 SEER, I want say 1200 watt max. I have 5-430 watt panels w/ 1500 max voltage, 41.2 volt P max, 1044A current@Imp, 20amp fuse. I have a bluetti 300 that will run the camp, but not the mini splits. What type of system do I need for the mini splits?.
