I current have a Growatt 12k DVM
120A, 150 vdc max input, What would be the best pv string configuration for the attached panels.

Unless you live where it's always warm, I wouldn't go more than 2 in series. If it's never below 25°c , then you might get away with 3. But, that's very close.

Fuses are required on each parallel string. If there are 3 or more strings.

I think you can go 3 in a series, it puts you ~136OCV.

how many panels are you getting?
