Will it work? Sol-Ark 12k w/ bypass switch

The intent here is to use transfer switch in the event of grid failure to power main panel through the load side of the Sol-Ark 12k from battery/PV... normal grid-tied operation otherwise.

Homeowner is aware they will have to manually shed loads in the main panel before activating bypass switch. Space in closet where MSP is located is limited so they don't want PLP.

Found a diagram for the 15k with a SLD like this one, but not for the 12k. Think it will work?

That set up would work on most any inverter. As long as the Bypass Switch has an open transition there is no possibility of creating a current loop between the Output and Input of the inverter.
