Purchased three SOK server rack batteries through Watts247. Prior to purchasing I asked and received confirmation that the batteries are ETL labeled. Even received a photo of the label on a battery which I shared with the inspector prior to purchasing.
Today I received and opened the batteries and they do not have the ETL stickers like they said and the photo showed. I contacted Watts247 and they said I need to contact current connected. I called them but they don't answer the phone so I left a voicemail. I also emailed and I am currently waiting on a response.
Hopefully I can either return them or get the stickers because they are useless to me without. Below is the email chain with current connected.
We will see how this plays out but end of the day buyer beware.
