Hi. I am new to solar and I am at my wits end with not getting any help from my supplier with the issue that has started on my new equipment setup (4 weeks). I had an issue in the early hours of the night a couple of days back when my setup crashed for no apparent reason. Now when I try to turn on the inverter it has starting to beep twice and then one continual beeping and no output at all. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Dead battery?
Need far more information.
The system is a 720 Watt via 6 120-Watt panels. 2 x 100 AMH Lithium batteries. Automatic Transfer switch attached. The system had been running ok except in the UK we have had a lot of cloudy days recently but for that reason I had diverted the power to just run from the grid so there wasn't any draw on power for the last week or so. Then has stated earlier in the post I had left the system running fully and then at around 2am the system just cut out and since that point is when the inverter packed up. The supplier of the equipment is ignoring my requests for help hence that is why I joined the forum and asked for help.. I have now attached a couple of photographs to show the setup and the fault lights. Many thanks.

What does the inverter manual say about those error codes?
It doesn't show anything that relates to the pattern of beeping and the batteries are LifePo4 100 Amh x 2 and are charged up fully I tested them with a multimeter and they showed 27.1volts combined. I am sorry if I am been vague but I am really new to this technology. so thank you for your patience. Attached is the system that I purchased.

No troubles. The pattern of beeps is telling you what you need to know. Perhaps eco-worthy can provide that. Go digging. That is the first question to answer.

Thanks TomC4306 but they aren't forthcoming with any reply as yet so I am just going to go ahead and claim partial payment back from them and then purchase a new inverter as I bought this to run a Koi pond circulator pump through the daytime so it needs to be sorted. Up to the failure all had been well so that is why I can't understand the system failure when nothing had been touched or changed. Thanks for help and understanding.

Bit late reply, maybe it will help some1 else...i had the same 1500 3000 ecoworthy, when it stopped working, I thought my pwm was dead. I changed my pwm, dead immediately. Changed my pwm by a mppt, dead immediately...

Then I stopped and bought a new mppt+inverter, this ecoworthy inverter can kill instantly a pwm or mppt and still look likes it works
