Could you provide a more detail regarding the model number of the device you are using.
Assuming its looking for the actual shunt resistance, "mR" milliOhms it can be calculated if you know the specifications of the shunt.
For example a 100A, 50mV (0.050V) shunt will have the following resistance according to Ohm's Law. Its important to keep track of the units.
Voltage = Current x Resistance
0.050V = 100 x R: Therefore R = 0.050/100 = 0.0005V: The setup menu is asking for mV not V so the value to input would be 0.5
The same calculation can be run for any shunt as long as the max Current rating and mV output is known.
Edit: The value of 0.15 that is showing on the screen shot you posted would correspond to a 500A, 75mV shunt.
