My installer chose the Endurenergy ESP-5100 battery system. While it is sitting in my garage pending install, I am looking at one of the batteries. Anyone have experience with them?

I can power it on (one unit, not connected to anything), and it produces 52.6 volts (run light on, fault light off).
The problem I am having is I can't connect to its wifi. I press and hold the reset button for 7 seconds, and the run light starts blinking. My cell phone does not show any new wifi network, especially one starting with "user-wifi...". All the dip switches are per the photo.

Wifi starts on page 21 of the manual:

Bonus if you know where to get the app. I couldn't find anything in the google play store.

Thanks.

Please see attached for the instructional on the app and getting it to work.
The camera on my phone doesn't work. Can you please provide a link to the Smart BEE.apk that the QR Code links to.

Also, I can't see an SSID from any of the batteries (after pressing the reset button for 7 seconds). Any suggestions on how to get the battery to broadcast the SSID?
